Return and Exchange Policy

AtTirana, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every 18k gold jewelry purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options.

Returns:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must present the original certificate delivered with the product(s). No exceptions will be made if the certificate is lost.
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange free of charge.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for 18k gold jewelry items of equal or lesser value within the specified return periods.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be issued.

Refund Deductions:

• For returns or exchanges initiated within the first 3 months from the date of delivery, 18% of the purchase value will be deducted.
• For returns or exchanges initiated within the first 6 months from the date of delivery, 24% of the purchase value will be deducted.
• For returns or exchanges initiated within the first year from the date of delivery, 33% of the purchase value will be deducted.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Returns or exchanges received outside of the specified return periods may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
• The customer will be subject to the delivery charges for the refund or exchange process.
• Customized orders are non-refundable
