Payment

Pay in full via InstaPay and enjoy complimentary delivery. Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery (POS) orders require a 500 EGP deposit, sent via InstaPay, to confirm the order; the deposit is deducted from your order total. Card on Delivery is available in Cairo only. For Bank Transfer, your order is shipped once the transfer is confirmed.

Delivery & Inspection

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a WhatsApp message to confirm it. To inspect your item at delivery, please arrange this in advance with our Customer Service on WhatsApp (+20 106 005 1368).

Exchanges & Returns

Exchange or return within 14 days for a full refund of your item's price. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled or returned, the shipping fee is deducted from your deposit and the balance is refunded. Return delivery is arranged through our Customer Service and covered by the customer. For returns after 14 days, please contact our Customer Service.
